Event prizes may change without notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

Event winners may be required to provide additional personal information, such as shipping address, to redeem their prize. This additional information will be forwarded to a third party handling the preparation and shipment of the prizes. The acquired information will be disposed of 3 months after delivery of the prize.

Winners will receive an individual email from [email protected] to their registered email on VISITKOREA with instructions on redeeming their prize. Winners who fail to check or respond to the email within the deadline may result in forfeiture of the prize. VISITKOREA shall not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by incorrect email address, inactive email account, high spam security settings, or other circumstances resulting from the user’s negligence.

Depending on the winner’s country of residence, customs duties or taxes may apply upon delivery of the prize. The winner shall be responsible for paying any customs duties and other applicable charges. If the winner refuses to pay such taxes and duties, the prize will be forfeited, and the Korea Tourism Organization will not be held responsible in such cases.

If a member’s VISITKOREA membership status has become suspended or no longer valid before the winner announcement after joining the event, their event participation will automatically be voided.
