It is a dish in which ssamjang and rice boiled with freshwater snails are wrapped in ssam vegetables. Freshwater snail ssamjang, which is boiled lightly with soybean paste mixed with freshwater snails, is a local food of Chungcheongnam-do. Boil a lot of soybean paste in a pot and add red pepper powder, chopped green onions, and garlic. When boiled for a while, freshwater snails, minced kimchi, summer squash, onions, and bean curd are added, which further enhances the flavor of ssamjang. With only freshwater snail ssamjang hot pot and ssam vegetables such as lettuce, sesame leaves, and cabbage, a bowl of rice will be finished quickly.
