Hey! I’m Miru, your friendly neighborhood K-pop stan
Today is the day I’ve been waiting for, Mark (NCT) is making his comeback!

I swear I’ve been surviving just for this moment (*wipes tears*)
Follow along as I take you through my ultimate fan day! Let’s goooo~

Started my day super early today!
Arrived at Yeouido KBS at 6:30AM to catch the Music Bank arrivals.
Everyone, including me was buzzing with excitement.

And then… Mark showed up!
Wearing a cap and mask, he waved at us as he walked by.
The moment I screamed his name “Mark!” with the fans, I almost burst into tears

After seeing Mark in real life,
I had no choice but to run to Myungdong to buy his album and swap some photocards!

Had to grab Mark’s comeback album ASAP!
Myeongdong CT Record is basically a shrine for K-POP fans.
Flipping through albums to find my Bias’s album feels like treasure hunting!

Fans ripping through the albums, and trading photocards are a sight too
I bravely joined the groups asking “Anyone wanna trade cards?”
Online trading is fun, sure, but trading on-site is an achievement in itself!

I was able to trade my duplicates
And took shots of my album and photocards

Things have escalated thus far, there’s no way I was walking out without Mark’s merch!
So off to KWANGYA in Seongsu we go.
Also heard they dropped new Mark merch, so my feet couldn’t get any quicker!

KWANGYA SEOUL is the ULTIMATE stop for SM fans,
With all the albums and merch in one special place!

Mark’s merch was abundant when I went,
And with a little ode of sympathy to my wallet as I pretended to contemplate,
I ended up grabbing everything...

You can take super aesthetic pics with Mark’s MV playing in the background,
And you could also snap shots in a photo booth with Mark in the frame!
Every SM Artist fan needs to come here at least once, no joke!

Now that my shopping bag was rather filled, I decided to look for Mark’s fan bench at the Seoul Forest. I wanted some special emotional healing all to myself.

At Seoul Forest, there’s something called Artist Benches!
These benches are purchased by fans and leave messages with lyrics or special words.
So it’s become a tradition for fans visiting Seoul Forest to rest and leave memories at the benches.

Sitting at Mark’s bench, listening to his new songs with the city skyline in view?
I was SOFT. I was EMOTIONAL.
It was the most peaceful way to thank myself for being a fan!

Lastly, I went to HiKR Ground for my final mission. To do a K-challenge vid to really try to feel the way Mark dances and sings.

At HiKR Ground’s K-POP Ground at 2^nd floor
Is a perfectly set-up stage for various K-challenge shoots!

Perfect lighting, perfect backgrounds, I took a bold try at the challenge video
To feel the way Mark dances and sings. It was a bit embarrassing, but it was worth it~

It was awesome that various props were available
So I could adorn myself into Mark’s concept for the shoot!
