This game from KEYESCAPE is one of the hottest escape room games in South Korea. Among the 13 categories at the 2023 Korea Escape Room Awards, KEYESCAPE won in 6 categories. All of KEYESCAPE’s themes are built on solid storylines and feature innovative devices that draw players deeply into the experience. Their latest themed space, “Movie Mood,” hosts the escape game room, “Memory Company: Have a good tape, Dave,” which has been extremely popular since launch.

You play as Dave, a “Memory Company” employee who stores and manages memories, struggles to solve customers’ problems, seeking help on Christmas Eve. Restore fragmented customers’ memories and retrace forgotten clues as you help save Christmas.

If you’re planning a trip to Gyeongju, the thousand-year-old capital, take note of the immersive mission content “Afterimage Diary: Reflections on Gyeongju, Where Time Accumulates.” This immersive mystery game isn’t just about escaping—it’s about exploring Gyeongju’s famous attractions, from Donggung Palace and Wolji Pond to Woljeonggyo Bridge.
Each location offers a unique riddle, and players must solve clues tied to real-world relics.

All clues are connected to actual historical sites, allowing participants to experience a vivid sense of immersion as if traveling back in time to the Silla Dynasty. As you follow the missions, historic sites you might have passed by without noticing will soon approach you, and you will naturally immerse yourself in the charm of Gyeongju-si.

Gyeongju’s first luxury hotel, Kolon Hotel, now offers “The Missing Clock,” a mobile escape room game across the entire hotel. Participants proceed with the game by carrying a kit and solving problems while following clues hidden throughout the lobby, garden, and gallery. You can participate regardless of whether you are staying overnight, and one kit is ideal for two people to play together.

During the game, you’ll also explore the hotel’s Retro Museum (TAT Exhibition Hall) and the Figure Museum, displaying lifestyle items, scenes, and rare figurines from the ’70s and ’80s. It’s a hit among families—kids can play while parents rest or enjoy golf.

Fe01 Upcycled Complex Cultural Space is a multicultural arts space centered around junk-art installations. Scrap metal sculptures are reborn as giant robots, and rusty machine parts are transformed into maze-like installations. Here, the “MISSION CODE FE01” stamp challenge transforms visitors into K-Culture Guardians.

Participants become the “K-Culture Guardians” and solve missions by finding traditional Korean images, such as K-pop, K-art, and tiger-themed elements, hidden throughout the maze and collecting stamps. Traversing the outdoor maze where approximately 1,140 sculptures are exhibited, the process of finding hidden clues provides fun like solving a giant puzzle. You can experience a new aspect of Korean culture through unique experiences that combine environment, art, and play.
