An island like a gift buoyed by the Nakdonggang River
Mok-ha (played by Park Eun-bin) left behind the stage of her dreams and wandered, unsure of where to go, until her steps came to a stop in front of an island. This island is the filming site of the magical deserted island in Castaway Diva and presents a perfect place for a visit and a leisurely stroll. In spring, the island is covered in field mustard flowers, while in autumn, it’s adorned with cosmos and buckwheat blossoms. At sunset, the golden-hued river creates an unforgettable scenery.

A pine forest trail filled with lilyturf flowers
Bo-geol (played by Chae Jong-hyeop) revealed his identity and confessed his hidden feelings to Mok-ha, who had been worried about him. The Maengmundong Pine Forest, with its violet hue, adds emotions to the touching embrace between the two characters in Castaway Diva. Strolling along the pine forest trail in August, when the maengmundong (lilyturf) flowers bloom, you feel refreshed and invigorating, as if walking on a violet carpet. No matter where you photograph in the forest, you can take a pic of the day.

A theme park in nature, filled with fun activities
In the hit drama "Queen of Tears", Da-hye (played by Lee Joo-bin) visits an amusement park for the last time before leaving Soo-cheol (played by Kwak Dong-yeon). The park, themed around the natural beauty of Mungyeong, is great to visit with friends and families, offering various experiences and exhibition facilities. It’s also an ideal place to enjoy a leisurely picnic while strolling on the nature-inspired grounds.

Railbike running through the nature of Mungyeong
This is the place where Hyun-woo (played by Kim Soo-hyun) took Hye-in (played by Kim Ji-won) for a private date before her surgery. This spot beautifully portrays the happiness and sadness of the moment in "Queen of Tears". Gurang-ri Station that recreated traditional Korean fortress gate, photo zones, and railbikes are popular with visitors. Ride the railbike along the abandoned tracks and feel the fresh breeze as you journey through the natural beauty of Mungyeong.
