Event prize may change without notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

This event is hosted by the Korea Tourism Organization. Winners’ information will be shared with 3rd parties responsible for handling and shipping of the prize.

Event winners may be required to provide additional personal information to redeem their prize. This additional information will be disposed of 3 months after delivery of the prize.

Winners will receive an individual email from [email protected] to their registered email on VISITKOREA with instructions on redeeming their prize. Winners who fail to check or respond to the email within the deadline may result in forfeiture of the prize.

VISITKOREA shall not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by incorrect email address, inactive email account, high spam security settings, or other circumstances resulting from the user’s negligence.

Depending on the winner’s residing country, customs or taxes may apply upon delivery of the prize. The winner shall be responsible for paying customs and other duties that may incur. If the winner refuses to pay the taxes and duties, the prize will be forfeited and the Korea Tourism Organization will not be responsible in such cases.

Winners are advised to take note of the expiration date and use the benefits before the expiration.

Some prizes, such as mileage points or gift cards, may require the winner to sign up online on the prize provider’s website. Winners have the right to refuse to do so; however, this will result in forfeiture of the prize without any reimbursement.

Entering false information or using someone else’s information for the event will result in the cancellation of the prize.
