    • MizMedi Hospital opened in 1991 as a specialized fertility clinic. In 2000, it became a women’s general hospital treating various women’s diseases, as well as infertility. The hospital was recognized and selected by the Ministry of Health and Welfare as a specialized obstetrics and gynecology hospital and currently has over 60 specialists and 300 skilled staff members. Approximately 390 thousand patients have visited the hospital each year. It has treated more than 8,000 cases of gynecological diseases using laparoscopic surgery, an advanced technology. In particular, the hospital is a world-class hospital and the first Korean hospital that has gained an ISO certification in the infertility treatment category. With its egg retrieval room and embryo cultivation lab, the hospital has performed various procedures, including artificial insemination, achieving a remarkable success rate of over 50% resulting in pregnancies. Couples from several countries, including Russia, visit MizMedi Hospital to realize their dream of having a baby.
