This dish is made by filling a pumpkin with duck meat and vegetables. A hole in the pumpkin is made and scraped out, and the smoked duck, onions, mushrooms, potatoes, garlic, and bell peppers are filled in the hole. It is topped with cheese and then steamed. The dish served sliced into eight pieces immediately captures one’s attention with the visuals.
