Round-trip Ticket to Korea
The round-trip ticket arrives at and departs from Incheon International Airport. Winners must depart from and to the same airport upon entering and leaving Korea. Restrictions may apply depending on flight type and airline.

Winners will receive an individual email from [email protected] to their registered email on VISITKOREA with instructions on redeeming their prize. Winners who fail to check or respond to the email within the deadline may result in forfeiture of the prize.

VISITKOREA shall not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by incorrect email address, inactive email account, high spam security settings, or other circumstances resulting from the user’s negligence.

Depending on the winner’s residing country, customs or taxes may apply upon delivery of the prize. The winner shall be responsible for paying customs and other duties that may incur. If the winner refuse to pay the taxes and duties, the prize will be forfeited and the Korea Tourism Organization will not be responsible in such cases.

If a member’s VISITKOREA membership status has become suspended or no longer valid before the winner announcement after joining the event, their event participation will automatically be voided.
