“BTS Comeback Live: ARIRANG” concert is taking place at the Gwanghwamun Square in Seoul on March 21. Travelers who are planning to attend the concert or visit the nearby areas are advised to prepare in advance for traffic control around the venue. In particular, as Gwanghwamun Square is a place of historical significance, concert attendees are advised to refrain from setting up tents, waiting for extended periods starting the night before the concert, causing disturbances, and littering.

For a safe and memorable experience for everyone, please take note of the following guidelines:

    ■ Safety Rules for Concert Attendees

    • In crowded areas around the concert venue, walk on the right side and keep a safe distance from the person in front of you.
    • Identify evacuation routes and ambulance locations available in case of emergency in advance.
    • Avoid leaning on fences or standing on elevated structures to secure a view.
    • If you witness or encounter a dangerous situation and need assistance, call 112 (Police) or 119 (Fire & Emergency Medical Services). If you need assistance in English, please let the operator know (“English please”).
    * From “Code of Conduct for Crowd Safety Management” by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety
