Annually in May, the Nokdong Maritime Fireworks Festival and Music Festival take place at the port. From May to November, every Saturday evening, a drone show is held against the backdrop of the night sea at Nokdong Port. Surrounding the harbor are a passenger terminal and a traditional market where various seafood products from the nearby waters of Goheung are sold at affordable prices.
