The surrounding area presents a spectacular view throughout the four seasons, with azaleas in full bloom in spring, colorful foliage in autumn, and a silver world of snow in winter.
The Gariwangsan Mountain Music Festival is held every summer at Gariwangsan Mountain , and a ski resort is in operation during the winter.
