Haengjusanseong Fortress History Park (행주산성 역사공원)

Haengjusanseong Fortress History Park sits right beside Haengjusanseong Fortress, where the historic Battle of Haengju took place during the Imjin War. Its wide grassy field make an ideal spot for a picnic, while Haenghojeong Observatory—once a military post—has been transformed into an attraction offering sweeping views of the Hangang River. Remnants of old barbed-wire fences, a reminder of the area’s past as a military zone, now serve as unique photo spots. The sunset over Banghwadaegyo Bridge is especially stunning.
