Located near Jungang Park, Jjoljjol Hotteok is a local favorite in Cheongju that has been featured on multiple TV shows and visited by celebrities and influencers. It’s popular enough to draw long lines, but you can skip the wait by taking a seat inside and ordering tteokbokki (stir-fried rice cake) to enjoy with your hotteok.
