“I will reach you wherever you are.” The drama series “Twenty-Five Twenty-One (2022)” revolves around the love and dreams of two young adults, Na Hee-do (played by Kim Tae-ri) and Baek Yi-jin (played by Nam Joo-hyuk). Many of the scenes were filmed in Jeonju, Jeonbuk State. This itinerary follows the two lovers’ footsteps, including visiting the comic book rental store where Hee-do frequented, the place where they confessed their feelings for each other and where they broke up, and Hee-do’s school setting. Hanbyeok Tunnel (한벽터널)
A 60-meter-long tunnel near Jeonju Hanok Village. This is where Hee-do and Yi-jin shared their feelings for each other, as well as where they broke up in the last episode. The area is a great backdrop for photos in summer when the surroundings flourish with natural greenery.
Ahyeon Supermarket (아현슈퍼)
An old-fashioned retail market. Originally, it’s a film set that was taken down after the drama ended, but was later reconstructed following the drama’s success. The wooden sitting table where the main characters gathered is also replicated for drama fans who seek to take keepsake photos.
Veteran Kalguksu (베테랑칼국수)
A popular kalguksu restaurant that has been in business for almost 50 years in Jeonju Hanok Village. Kim Tae-ri and other actors from the drama are known to have visited here.
Hee-do’s House (Crossing Guesthouse)
The place where Hee-do and Yi-Jin first met. It’s located near Jeonju Hanok Village. It used to be a guesthouse, but since its closure, the place serves as a tourist attraction for fans of the drama looking to catch a glimpse of the white main gate and the street light that fell upon the two young lovers at night.
