Visit Sokcho to experience the beauty of nature in Korea.
The boy band Highlight is marking their 15th anniversary. While remaining at the top for a long time, each member is using their talents in the music industry, variety shows, YouTube, and fan meetings, to interact with fans. Highlight visited Sokcho in the web variety show “IDOL 1D2N (2022)” and carried out missions with members who had been together for half their lives.
Sokcho is a visually appealing city, with the beautiful blue East Sea stretching out in front of the city and Seoraksan Mountain in the backdrop. During the summer vacation season, many visitors come to Sokcho to spend their vacation in the midst of nature. You can take a walk from Sokcho Beach to Cheongchoho Lake Park. If you wish to see another side of the East Sea, you can also sail on a yacht at Sokcho Marina. The cable car is the easiest way to reach Seoraksan Mountain, so take a cable car to the top of the mountain for an amazing view of Sokcho's downtown.Gangwon-do

Enjoy a hearty meal with Chodang bean curd made with the clear water of the East Sea! The signature dish of this restaurant is sundubu (soft bean curd), which has a smoother texture than regular bean curds. They also offer dubu jeongol (bean curd hot pot) and modubu, a bean curd with a firm texture. Make sure to try the Chodang bean curd, full of plant-based protein. Also, you can try gamja jeon (potato pancake) made with pan-fried mashed potatoes and memil jeonbyeong (buckwheat crepe) made with buckwheat dough and vegetables.
