The café became famous as bean coffee was not prevalent at the time. Park I-choo currently operates the Bohemian Roastery in Gangneung. He still roasts coffee beans and makes pour over coffee, making Gangneung a coffee-themed destination. Park I-choo stands firmly in the center of the ever-growing popularity of coffee in Korea.
