Haeundae Gaya Milmyeon
Milmyeon (wheat noodles) is a local Busan dish characterized by noodles mixed with wheat flour and other ingredients like starch powder, and savory broth full of flavor made with beef and various herbal medicines. Offerd menu options consist only of milmyeon and dumplings, but the milmyeon is so delicious that it is considered one of the top three milmyeon noodles in Busan. You can choose between milmyeon and bibim milmyeon (spicy wheat noodles) mixed with seasoning sauce.
