The perfect itinerary for seeing the colorful and diverse faces of Jeju
The view of the blue seas and fine sand beaches is the view that one often associates with Jeju, but Jeju’s true charm can actually be found in its forest trails. If you like trees and want to see forests untouched by human hands, we recommend heading to the Bijarim Forest. Bijarim Forest is home to 500 to 800-year-old bija trees of the yew family. The trails within the forest tend to be quite flat and packed with soft earth, so they are well-known for their walkability. If you are more of a trekker or a hiker, head to Dotoreum Parasitic Cone. However, this oreum, Jeju dialect for parasitic cones, is served by narrow and rugged paths, so you need to prepare accordingly before you visit.

He appears across various genres, taking on a wide range of roles and portraying diverse characters. His hobby and routine is walking, and Yang recommends Bijarim Forest, a virgin forest on Jeju Island. Let’s hear about the eastern side of the island from the actor himself:
“I recommend the place called “Bijarim Forest” on the eastern side of the island. When you walk in the forest, it delivers a soothing and refreshing feeling, so one feels healed just by walking there. I personally like walking without any specific directions in mind or to take leisurely walks, so that’s become a habit for me. If you like those things or want some healing in nature, I can’t recommend this place enough.”
