“Experience Oil Painting through Color” invites participants to explore the dynamic world of David Hockney’s palette, while directly engaging with the rich texture and materiality of oil paint in an intimate studio setting
Participants will express their own emotions, memories, and landscapes through a trendy color palette, completing a postcard-sized oil painting inspired by the sensory power of color. Guided by an instructor, and with all materials provided—including oil paints, brushes, and palettes—this program welcomes even those with no prior art experience to enjoy oil painting without pressure
