Terms and Conditions:

1. The Experience the Winter Wonderland in Korea: Winter Redemption Event (the “Event”) will run from 11 December 2023 to 29 February 2024.

2.  Korea Tourism Organization Malaysia (the “Organiser”) reserves the right to amend the contest period at any time without prior notice.

3. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any Participants without notice at any point of the Contest or after should he/she be found to have not fulfilled the prerequisites of the Contest prior to participation.

4. To participate in the event, participants must be residing in Malaysia during the event period.

5. Gift redemption is valid for participants who follow @KTO_Malaysia on Instagram, share the post to their Instagram Story, and provide proof of travel to Korea within the specified period [December 11, 2023 to February 29, 2024 (inclusive of arrival on March 1, 2024)] by uploading a clear image or a scan of your flight ticket through the provided Google Form at Korea Plaza.

6. Participants must show that they have followed @KTO_Malaysia on Instagram and shared the post to their Instagram Story with the staff at Korea Plaza. If the Instagram Story has expired, they will need to show via Instagram Story Archive.

7. One pax is entitled to one gift only. For participants requesting gloves for more than one person, they are required to provide the name and clear images or scans of additional flight tickets for each person.

8. Redemption can only be done once for each flight ticket. 

9. The product color may vary based on stock availability. 

10. The flight ticket must be to Korea to be eligible for the redemption.

11. Redemption items are on a first come, first served basis, while stocks last.

12. Participants have to be present at Korea Plaza and Gifts are to be redeemed at Korea Plaza only.

13. Flight tickets purchased from Groups Fares or Incentive Groups are not entitled and not allowed to gift redemption. Only flight tickets purchased via FIT fares are eligible.

14. The Organiser reserves the right to reject any redemptions without explanation should there be no proper proof of purchase or identification.

15. The Organiser does not tolerate dishonesty and violence at Korea Plaza and will not hesitate to reject all redemptions should there be any.
