    소래포구 축제는 소래포구의 다양한 생태자원과 역사적 정체성을 표현하는 축제이다. 축제 프로그램은 메인무대존, 체험존, 부스존, 아트존, 역사존, 타워존, 경관존 등으로 구분되어 운영된다. 소래 미디어파사드 터널, 어린이 갯벌 놀이터, 어린이 소금 놀이터, 대하 잡기 체험 등 다채로운 프로그램이 운영된다. 지역주민, 지역예술인, 유관단체와의 협력 네트워크를 구축하여 축제 운영의 지속가능한 생태계를 조성하고 있다.
