3. Event prize is subject to change without any notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. For smooth event processing and prize delivery, additional personal information may be required other than what has already been collected by VISITKOREA upon member registration. The collected additional information will be disposed of 3 months after the prize delivery.

5. Winners will receive an individual email from [email protected] to their registered email on VISITKOREA with directions on redeeming their prize. Failure to check or respond to the email within the deadline may result in forfeiture of the prize. Participants are advised to add the mentioned email address to their safe sender’s list to prevent from email delivery failure.

6. VISITKOREA shall not be responsible for any loss that occur due to incorrect email address, spam mail settings, inactive email, and other reasons that result in email delivery failure.

7. Depending on the winner’s residing country, customs and tax duties may apply upon delivery of the prize. The prize recipient shall be responsible for paying customs and other duties that may incur. If the prize recipient refuses to pay the charges, the prize will be forfeited.

8. If the event participant’s VISITKOREA membership status has become suspended or no longer valid before the winner announcement after joining the event, their event participation will automatically be void.

9. This event and prize delivery are organized and handled by third parties commissioned by the Korea Tourism Organization. (Event organization & management: UNIESS, Inc. / Prize delivery: LEOSINTERNATIONAL, SYSCUSS, etc.)
