Korea is a country blessed with fabulous landscapes that change beautifully with the four seasons. You can experience thrilling activities surrounded by this vibrant natural beauty. Discover some of the most stress-relieving activities highlighted by popular TV entertainment programs.

    | Mungyeong Flying Land

Mungyeong Flying Land is a paragliding center that the cast members “House on Wheels” Season 1, Sung Dong-il, Kim Hee-won, and Yeo Jin-goo visited along with guest IU. From the 866-meter-high runway, you’ll be greeted by a breathtaking view of vast mountain ranges. Despite an initial moment of fear and hesitation, IU exclaimed, “I never thought I’d have a day like this in my life,” and enjoyed the thrilling rollercoaster-like experience. With four different courses to choose from based on time and preference, you can take photos and videos. It promises an unforgettable adventure for you and your loved ones.

    | Korea Zip-wire

Korea Zip-wire, Asia’s longest zipline, is located at the top of Geumosan Mountain, 849 meters above sea level. Stretching 3.42 kilometers, the zipline reaches speeds of up to 120 km/h, offering a thrilling ride with views of Dadohaehaesang National Park, making you feel as if you’re jumping into the sea. Each section offers a unique experience: the first is the fastest, the second crosses a valley, and the third offers amazing views of the Dadohae Sea. In “I Live Alone,” Park Na-rae ended up with tears after trying the zipline, but don’t worry, the facility is far safer than it may seem.

    | Sky Banner

Sky Banner is the only place in Korea where you can experience free flight in a hot air balloon. As you fly at a speed of 15 kilometers per hour, you’ll enjoy panoramic views of Buyeo’s mountains and rivers, as well as iconic attractions like Busosanseong Fortress, Nakhwaam Rock, and Gungnamji Pond. The balloon’s altitude is adjustable, allowing for low flights, and during a visit by the cast of “2 Days & 1 Night,” they were amazed to spot water deer running through the forest. Flight times vary depending on wind conditions, typically lasting between 40 minutes to an hour, and the meeting point and operation change based on the weather.
