Q How did you come to create Ssanghwacha as a souvenir product? Ssanghwacha is best enjoyed after work or when you feel weak or need some recharging. But its bitter and astringent flavor often makes it difficult to stomach for many. So we sought to eliminate those bitter and astringent flavors in order to bring that tea closer to people.

Q What makes Ssanghwacha so special? Yakjeon Alley’s Ssanghwacha is a liquid tea made with six ingredients from Korea and premium Vietnamese cinnamon. It is made without any chemical additives. It’s not bitter, so it goes down quite smoothly. Our Ssanghwacha has become quite popular in local food shops or the Oasis Market. You can enjoy it either warm or cold. If you want to make something special, add some milk to make a Ssanghwacha Latte. Or, you can add honey and nuts to make it more filling.
