    • Abalone is mainly found on the southern coasts of Wando, Haenam, and Gangjin. In the past, when there was no refrigeration facility, abalone was boiled and dried and transported. During the Joseon dynasty, it was a precious food ingredient that ordinary people could not even taste, but it became popular only when abalone was cultivated in modern times. If you eat abalone and galbi soup, which is boiled with plenty of abalone and beef ribs, which are high-quality ingredients from the sea and land, you will feel like you are being treated as a VIP. The clear soup is rich in flavor and the abalone and ribs are chewy, so it is fun to chew.
