“Breeze into Spring” campaign, which runs from March to June, is an opportunity to experience diverse spring flower scenery and festivals, ranging from cherry blossoms to plum blossoms, azaleas, and hydrangeas, in various cities across Gyeongsangnam-do.
This campaign offers package tours departing from Seoul and Busan to enhance travel convenience for tourists. Representative festivals in the Gyeongsangnam-do region include the Changwon Jinhae Gunhangje Festival (March 27–April 5), the largest cherry blossom festival in Korea; the Hapcheon and Sancheong Hwangmaesan Royal Azalea Festival (planned for May), where the entire mountain is dyed pink with rhododendrons; and the Goseong Manhwabangcho Hydrangea Festival (planned for June), where visitors can admire colorful hydrangeas. Each festival features a distinct atmosphere and scenery, offering ample opportunities to experience the diverse charms of traveling in Gyeongsangnam-do. Visitors can book for these tours through Klook.
Offline welcome events will also be held at the airport for arriving travelers. From March 26 to April 6, a spring flower-themed photo zone will be set up at the arrival hall of Gimhae International Airport. Lucky travelers who booked accommodations and a package tour in the Gyeongsangnam-do region will also be receiving a special welcome gift that includes local specialties on a first-come, first-served basis.
