Each season, Double T Dining presents course menus and à la carte selections that reinterpret authentic French culinary techniques using fresh, seasonal ingredients from Gangwon State. The restaurant has been officially listed in the globally recognized Star Wine List, earning a prestigious White Star for the excellence of its wine program. In 2026, it also became the first restaurant in Korea to receive a Bronze Star in the “Best Medium-Sized List” (200–600 wines) category at the Star Wine List of the Year International Open.
