Event dates and time are based on Korea Standard Time (GMT+9). Attendance Check Event participants are advised to take note of the time difference between their local time and KST to prevent from missing a date.

Event prize is subject to change without notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

VISITKOREA shall not be responsible for any loss that occur due to incorrect email address, spam mail settings, inactive email, and other reasons that result in email delivery failure.

Winners will receive an individual email from [email protected] to their registered email on VISITKOREA for directions on redeeming their prize. Winners who fail to check or respond to the email within the deadline may result in forfeiture of the prize. Participants are advised to add the email address to their safe sender’s list to prevent from email delivery failure.

For smooth event processing and prize delivery, additional personal information may be required other than what has already been collected by VISITKOREA upon member registration. The collected additional information will be disposed of 3 months after the event.

Depending on the winner’s residing country, customs and tax duties may apply upon delivery of the prize. The prize recipient shall be responsible for paying customs and other duties that may incur. If the prize recipient refuses to pay the charges, the prize will be forfeited.

Prize will be automatically forfeited if the winner’s membership status has become suspended or is no longer valid after entering in the event.
