Event Notes

1) You must first log in as a member of VISITKOREA to take part in the event. Event signup is limited to once per member.

2) This event is limited to international visitors (those with Korean nationality cannot take part in the event, including as a companion)

3) Participant information cannot be changed after winning, so please make sure to provide accurate information in your application.

4) Participant information is shared with the host of the event (company operating the event) and is used only to confirm the event’s winners.

5) VISITKOREA is not responsible for email delivery failure due to incorrect information, an inactive email account, spam email settings, and other reasons.

Festival Entrance Guidelines

1) Your name, nationality, date of birth, the first two digits of your passport number, and a screen capture of the email with the winning announcement must be verified on-site to get your entry bracelet (Your companion’s information will be verified as well).

2) Tickets cannot be transferred nor re-sold.

3) The date and place cannot be changed after winning the event.
