The transportation discount coupons and the K-Tour Pass mobile ticket can be used until December 31, 2026. However, your issued WOWPASS card can be topped up and used for up to 6 years from its manufacturing date.

You may select 1 out of 35 K-Tour Pass free-use attractions and visit it once; discount partner merchants may be used an unlimited number of times.

Since merchants process admission by scanning the barcode within the mobile ticket, screenshots or printed images may not be accepted - please present the live barcode screen from the mobile web.

You can receive it by looking up your 8-digit reservation voucher number and scanning your passport at a K-TOUR PASS-dedicated kiosk in Busan Station, Gimhae Airport, Seoul Station, Gimpo Airport, or Incheon Airport.

• It includes a prepaid payment card function usable anywhere in Korea, as well as a transit card (T-money) function.
• It can be used at card merchants throughout Korea as well as on public transportation, including the subway and buses. (However, it cannot be used at cash-only stores)
• The WOWPASS card is not pre-loaded with any balance, so you'll need to top it up at a kiosk or through the WOWPASS app before use. (Only Korean won can be charged at the Incheon Airport kiosk)
• To use the transit card (T-money) function, you can top up at a convenience store or subway station, or charge T-money using your WOWPASS balance through the WOWPASS app. (The transit card (T-money) function requires a separate top-up from the WOWPASS balance)
• The card provided as a K-Tour Pass benefit is randomly issued in 1 of 3 designs, and the design cannot be selected or changed.

Yes, you can purchase it. However, if you already have a card issued under the same passport, the card you receive through K-Tour Pass can be used by switching cards in the WOWPASS app.

If you lose your WOWPASS card, you can have it reissued at any WOWPASS kiosk installed nationwide. (A reissuance fee of KRW 4,000 applies)

A purchase may be cancelled and fully refunded only if none of the transportation discount coupons or the mobile ticket issued after purchasing K-Tour Pass have been used. If you would like a refund, please request it through the channel (seller) where you made your purchase. Your cancellation will be processed after we confirm whether the ticket has been used.
