*Winners announcement: August 23, 2024 (Sokcho)   
*Prize: GS25 Music & Beer Festival Tickets (up to 4 tickets per person)   

Announcement of the winners    
* Winners will receive a separate email with details, sent to the email address connected with their account.   
* On the event day, winners must present their passport, their companion’s passport, and a screenshot of the confirmation email that matches the personal identity on the ticket at the ticket booth.

* Email will be sent from [email protected]. VISITKOREA is not responsible for any failure to receive prizes due to inactive email accounts or spam settings.   
* Tickets cannot be transferred or sold to others.   
* Failure to show up on the event day may affect eligibility for future concert ticket draws.    
* Minors are not allowed to attend as the event involves alcohol.   

Festival Notes    
1) Festival participants can enter and exit the area freely as long as they wear entrance bracelets.   
2) Participants may take pictures of themselves at the festival. However, photographing or videotaping artists and performances is prohibited.   
3) Please take care of your valuables. (Hosts, sponsors, venue owners, and artists are not liable for accidents, theft, and other incidents caused by individual mistakes within and outside the event venue.)   
4) Seniors, pregnant visitors, and visitors who are ill should notify the nearest security or operation team members immediately.   
5) Regardless of the responsibility of the organizer, the performance may be canceled if the event becomes impossible or extremely difficult to host due to natural disasters, epidemics, etc.

1) Sharp objects, such as knives, scissors, and dangerous objects that could harm other participants, including lasers, fireworks, bottles, cans, explosives, and drugs.   
2) All types of food, including liquor and bottled water   
3) Unauthorized professional recording devices, DSLRs   
4) Companion animals   
5) Mats, folding chairs, and camping gear   
* Other items that the organizer deems may pose a safety risk.
