    • Jeonbuk State is where the traditional form of Korean culture is best preserved. Jeonju is a city with a Hanok Village in its heart. It is the largest and most famous city in Jeonbuk State. In addition to bibimbap and bean sprout and rice soup, the food is delicious no matter where you go, making it a favorite city for foodies.     IMSIL CHEESE

    Imsil was the first place in Korea to produce cheese. The late Father Ji Jeong-hwan, a Belgian-born Catholic priest, produced Korea’s first cheese with goat milk here in 1967. Most of Imsil cheese is made with milk produced from dairy farms run by the community. Imsil cheese is chewy and mild and can be processed into smoked cheese and portioned cheese or used in food.

    This natural cheese is made with clean and fresh Korean milk. It is made with sophisticated stretching and molding processes, which imbue the cheese with chewy, elastic, and mild flavors.     The Imsil Cheese Theme Park, a place for hands-on education with the taste and flair of Imsil cheese, is a cultural tourist center with vast grasslands and beautiful European-style landscapes and the only experiential tourist destination in Korea with the theme of Imsil cheese. It was built on a vast grassland that is the size of 22 soccer fields. There are plenty of activities to do and cheese to buy, as well as a children’s play area in a natural setting.
