We live in an age that prizes balance and moderation, yet many still approach wellness as something to overdo. People want to read their body’s signals clearly and receive the best care in the optimal environment. This is why Heidi Haus offers premium wellness services for a healthier life.

The spa, Heidi Haus’s signature space

Spa interior with an emphasis on curves
Heidi Haus’s signature facility is its spa, designed around 12 motifs—including rose, lavender, and beauty. It uses mineral-rich bedrock water drawn from 1,000 meters underground, known to help with skin hydration, blood circulation, fatigue recovery, and immunity boosting. The spa also features a sauna zone with five distinct styles, including far-infrared, steam, and Finnish saunas.

In the sauna zone, Heidi Haus offers its signature wellness program, “Social Sauna & Cold Plunge.” The program consists of a sauna session with stretching and an aromatherapy ritual, followed by a cold plunge experience and a tea time designed to foster interaction among participants. Lasting about 60 minutes, the program alternates between sauna and cold plunge, supporting physical recovery, calming the mind, and encouraging participant bonding.
The core of the program, the cold plunge, is a form of hydrotherapy where participants briefly immerse themselves in water at around 10°C. It has recently emerged as one of the hottest wellness trends, known to feature in the health routines of soccer player Son Heung-min and BLACKPINK’s Jennie. While this therapy is effective for muscle recovery, blood circulation, and immunity, those with cardiovascular conditions or low blood pressure are advised to consult a specialist before trying it.

Indoor swimming pool
The outdoor swimming pool is also a popular attraction. Directly connected to the indoor spa, it boasts a calm and cozy atmosphere that makes it hard to believe you are in the middle of Seoul. A private sauna is also available exclusively for pool users. With European-inspired design, both the spa and the outdoor swimming pool are open to anyone with a one-day pass.

The Rainbow Fountain is the world’s longest bridge fountain, stretching 1.2 kilometers, and a landmark of Seoul’s nightscape. From Hangang Park near Banpo Bridge, visitors can watch streams of water shooting along the bridge. At night, lights and music create a dynamic spectacle. The fountain operates from April to October, five to six times a day, with each show lasting around 20 minutes.
