May 1936: Opened St. Mary's Hospital November 1966: Succeeded in cornea transplant for the first time in Korea March 1969: Succeeded in kidney transplant for the first time in Korea March 1983: Succeeded in transplantation of leukemia allogeneic marrow for the first time in Korea May 1992: Established the Catholic Bone Marrow Transplant Center March 2010: Changed its name to the Catholic University of Korea, Yeouido St. Mary's Hospital February 2013: Opened the International Healthcare Center April 2019: Opened Korea's first lymphoma center Succeeded in Lamellar Keratoplasty October 2020: Succeeded in sister-to-sister living donor liver transplant August 2022: Opened Respiratory Lung Cancer Center December 2023: Opened the Kidney Cancer Center International cooperation and networks It began providing treatment to foreigners in 2005 by signing an MOU with the 18th Medical Command of the US Forces Korea. It currently has 14 cooperative networks, including Korea International SOS, overseas insurance companies, and other partner institutions.
