  Introduction
  
  Kyung Hee University Hospital At Gangdong (KUIMS), located in Gangdong-gu, Seoul, has three university hospital organizations: the School of Medicine, the School of Korean Medicine, and the School of Dentistry. As we use an international brand name KUIMS, we prioritize the convenience and satisfaction of foreign patients. With our advanced medical technologies such as high-difficulty critical disease surgery, robotic surgery, and organ transplantation, we provide fast-track services for all treatment processes such as outpatient appointments, various tests and surgeries, and hospitalization.
  In addition, we provide free 1:1 professional medical interpretation and operate a 24-hour hotline with specialized services such as the International Healthcare Center, International Lounge, and a ward for international patients only for the convenience of foreign patients.

  June 2006: Founded KUIMS October 2023: Designated as an excellent medical institution serving foreign patients (Ministry of Justice) May 2023: Designated as a leading model for smart hospitals (Korea Health Industry Development Institute) July 2023: Designated as a 1st grade in the evaluation for the appropriateness of pneumonia treatment for 5 consecutive times (Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service) July 2023: Certified KOIHA by the Ministry of Health and Welfare December 2023: Designated as an advanced regenerative medicine implementation institution April 2024: Obtained the highest grade in the examination institution evaluation - Signed an MOU with Russian Railways Hospital - Signed an MOU with 3 countries' embassies in Korea - Signed an MOU with the First Central Hospital of Mongolia, the Fourth Central Hospital of Mongolia, and many other domestic and overseas medical institutions - Signed agreements with 159 companies attracting overseas patients and cooperate with them
