Please note that failure to reply within the specified period may result in disqualification. To prevent delivery issues, add the above address to your safe senders list.

VISITKOREA is not liable for any loss caused by failed email delivery due to incorrect or inactive email addresses, spam filtering, or other issues.

Winners must reply to the notification email by the deadline to claim their prize.

Customs duties or taxes may apply depending on the winner's country of residence. Winners are responsible for any such charges. Refusal to pay may result in disqualification.

Winners may be disqualified for incomplete, incorrect, or unreachable information, or lack of consent for personal information use. (Prizes will not be resent for incorrect registration.)

Membership suspension or invalid status after participation will result in forfeiture of prizes.

Korean nationals are not eligible for prizes.
