    국토의 정중앙에 위치한 강원도 양구에서 개최되는 '배꼽축제'는 지역의 독창적인 지리적 상징성을 바탕으로 기획된 대표적인 종합 문화예술축제이다. 올해는 특히 문화적 배꼽시점 '배꼽 로그인'을 슬로건으로 배꼽축제를 하나의 플레이어로 입장한다. 이 축제는 무더위를 날려버리기 위한 다채로운 워터 하이브리드 프로그램을 중심으로 남녀노소 누구나 참여해 함께 웃고 즐길 수 있는 화합의 장을 제공한다. 행사장 일대에서는 흥겨운 분위기를 더하는 거리 퍼레이드와 밤하늘을 수놓는 화려한 불꽃 쇼가 진행된다. 아울러 요일별로 다채롭게 진행되는 콘서트와 특색 있는 군장병 콘서트 등 민군관이 함께 아우르는 풍성한 공연이 이어져 방문객들에게 볼거리와 즐거움을 경험할 수 있다.
