Mystical Photo Zone Created by Ungdo Bridge Submerging in the Water
Ungdo Island, famous as a beautiful island in Seosan, is a place where you can watch the “sea splitting,” a phenomenon that takes place twice a day. When the sea road of Ungdo located in the center of the inland sea of Garorim Bay, one of the world’s five cleanest tidelands, opens, a huge tideland is exposed around the island. The gap between the ebb and flow of the tide, a characteristic of the West Sea, reveals the sea at high tide, but in low tide it reveals a wide tideland and a hidden sea road. This phenomenon is truly a sight to behold and offers great photo opportunities. In particular, the mysterious scenery created by the bridge connecting Ungdo and the mainland, which submerges in water twice a day, serves as an excellent backdrop.
