Getting answers to quarantine and customs clearance related questions is now easier than ever with the Traveler Immigration Support, a chatbot service provided by the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency (KDCA).
This service offers answers to the most commonly asked questions by travelers planning to take an international flight to Korea such as customs clearance, currency exchange, immigration screening, and more. Users can get answers to their questions either by typing in keywords or selecting a topic among the given options. To use the chatbot service, select the turquoise banner from any one of the following official websites: the KDCA, Overseas Infection Disease NOW (해외감염병NOW), Q-Code, and National Quarantine Station. The Traveler Immigration Support chatbot service is supported in 12 languages.
Along with the announcement of the Traveler Immigration Support, the KDCA declares they will “continue efforts to protect travelers’ safety and health through a variety of measures.”
