The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Korea Tourism Organization has announced 100 K-Culture-Tourism Event for 2023-2024 Visit Korea Year, a relay event allowing visitors to enjoy Korean culture throughout the year.
“K-Culture Travel Events 100” offers Korean culture, art, nature and more to foreigners through various events and festivals all over the country. The selected events and festivals will show Korea’s charm through culture, art, sports, contents, tourism and more.
With movies like “Parasite (2019)” and the increasing popularity of K-pop, K-Culture Travel Events 100 is sure to stamp Korea as a destination for cultural tourism.
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Korea Tourism Organization are planning to promote the event throughout the world through on- and offline promotional events including onsite travel promotions, collaboration with local travel agencies, and cooperation with overseas branches of Korea Tourism Organization for marketing.
