A multitude of festivals and events are taking place throughout Seoul this October. From traditional Korean culture to modern trends to nature, these festivals have something fun for everyone to enjoy.

To experience Korea’s cultural heritages and traditions, a range of events are taking place in the areas of Cheong Wa Dae, Seochon Village, Bukchon Hanok Village, and Gugak-ro Road as part of the Let’s Jongno Festival. The festival kicks off at the opening ceremony with performances by Song Ga-in, sEODo BAND, and the dance crew Lachica. Festivals in 10 themes including jewelry, hanbok, and music, will follow for the next three weeks.

In the center of Seoul, Myeongdong is the venue for the Myeongdong Beer Festival! During the festival, enjoy a range of beers and street foods at the large-scale plaza. The Hangang Drone Light Show will be taking place at Ttukseom Hangang Park, where 1,000 drones will bedazzle the night sky.

Other events include Seoul Beauty Travel Week (October 3-9) with a range of experience programs, Seoul Garden Expo (October 6 – November 15) taking place at Haneul Park, and the opening of the Zanmang Loopy flagship store at The Hyundai Seoul.
