Position: Korea Plaza Guest Service Officer

Yearly based contract (including 2-months’ probation) | $2,700 ~ $3,000 (commensurate with experience), key responsibilities on the job include:

As a Korea Plaza Guest Service Officer, you will be the first impression of Korea to potential travelers who walk through the doors. Your key responsibilities on the job include:

[Korea Plaza Guest Service]

- Attending to visitor inquiries and providing information about Korea Tourism

- Maintaining the presentation and orderliness of Korea Plaza

- Ensure leaflets are well-stocked & order when stocks run low

- Coordinating day-to-day activities in Korea Plaza with internal/external, local/overseas parties

- Inventory-keeping of event props & merchandise

- Any adhoc activities in relation to Korea Plaza

- Adhoc tourism research work 
- Adhoc participation in events 
- Arrange ad-hoc business appointments between visitors from Korea to Singapore tourism bodies
- Other ad-hoc duties (assigned by Director, Deputy Director, and Manager)

Applicants should possess the following requirements below: 
- Excellent written and spoken English language, good public speaker

- Comfortable with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel etc)

- Service-oriented, quick learner, team player, attentive  

- Able to commence employment from Feb to Mar 2023

Applicants with the following requirements would have an added advantage: 
- Singaporeans/PR preferred

- Diploma in tourism or any tourism-related fields

- At least some knowledge of free & independent travel in Korea

- Fluency in conversational and written Korean Language

Re-contract opportunities are available based on assessment after 1 year.
