|Hoemunsan Mountain (830m) administratively borders Imsil-gun, Sunchang-gun, and Jeongeup-si. It consists of three peaks — Hoemunbong, Janggunbong, Gitdaebong peaks — and stretches 8 kilometers from east to west and 5 kilometers from north to south.
Because Seomjingang River, flowing from Okjeongho Lake, is surrounding Hoemunsan Mountain and then runs in all directions, the view from the peak is fascinating. There are a lot of valleys for swimming and the unsurpassed beauty of Deokchi and Cheondam Valleys attracts a myriad of tourists every year.
