World Cultural Heritage Site  Pilgrimage Campaign

The Korea World Cultural Heritage Site Pilgrimage Campaign
offers visitors a chance to collect stamps at any of the fifteen
sites recommended by the Korea Tourism Organization (KTO).

Korea World Cultural Heritage Site Pilgrimage Campaign

Over the course of its 5,000 year history, Korea became home to a number of cultural heritage sites that it is proud of. Take part in the World Cultural Heritage Site Pilgrimage Campaign to learn more about the history of Korea and encounter the outstanding architecture, sculptures, and artistic creations of the Korean people.

  • How to Participate
  • ① Start (Registration)

    Registration Location

    The campaign desk at the Korea Tourism Organization’s

    Tourism Information Center (TIC) GO Hours

    09:00-20:00 (Open all year round) *Some sections closed on weekends and/or holidays.

    How to Register

    Fill out the free registration form and submit it.

    Campaign Items

    Passport, guide book, map, visa stickers and world cultural heritage stickers

  • ② Visiting the World Cultural Heritages

    Visit at least three of the fifteen World Cultural Heritage sites.

    15 World Cultural Heritage sites
    recommended by KTO GO

  • ③ Collecting Stamps

    Get your passport stamped! The type of commemorative stamp set prize you can receive differs depending on the number of stamps you collect, so collect as many as you can!

  • ④ Completion (Receiving Souvenirs)

    Present your stamped passport at the campaign desk to receive a certificate of completion and a Korea World Cultural Heritage Site commemorative stamp set.

Each participant is limited to one campaign item set, which includes the passport and guidebook. Registering for the campaign and receiving your souvenir can only be done during the campaign period at the Korea Tourism Organization’s TIC. Campaign items and souvenirs are subject to change.
