The Seoul Metropolitan Government has announced transport control measures and strengthened safety protocols in anticipation of large gatherings around Gwanghwamun Intersection, Constitutional Court of Korea, Yeouido, and other major areas in downtown Seoul. Travelers visiting these areas are advised to exercise caution and plan accordingly. Subways and buses passing through Gwanghwamun, Yeouido, and Hannam-dong may bypass certain stops without stopping or taking temporary detours.
