About Product:
3D Edge SMILE LASIK is a flap free and pain free vision correction procedure.
SMILE uses femtosecond laser technology to cut and remove the stroma area necessary for cornea correction. This method is safer, more accurate, and more convenient compared to existing methods, which either create a flap or ablate the cornea using a laser to correct the cornea.
SMILE LASIK does not create a flap and minimizes cornea damage as it requires only an incision that is one-tenth the size of traditional LASIK. The procedure reduces the possibility of post-operative dry eyes and glare.
As SMILE LASIK does not make a flap, it makes eyes less vulnerable to external impacts compared to conventional LASIK, so patients can resume their daily activities the next day.
