Terms and Condition

1.   To participate in the Feel Korea in a Heartbeat event (the “Event”), Customers (the “Customers”) must be residing in Malaysia during the event period.

2.   Korea Tourism Organization Malaysia (the “Organiser”) reserves the right to disqualify any Customers without notice at any point of the Event or after should he/she be found to have not fulfilled the prerequisites of the Event Campaign prior to participation. 

Joining the Event

3.    The Event will run from 12th June 2025 to 15th June 2025.

4.    The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Event period at any time without prior notice.

Gift Redemption

5. Gift redemption is valid for Korea tour packages and flights purchased from 12 June 2025 to 15 June 2025 only.

6. One pax is entitled to one gift only.

7. The product color may vary based on stock availability.

8. Gift Redemption of the KTO Multi-Travel Charger is on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.

9. The main redemption, the KTO Multi-Travel Charger is only valid for Korea Tour Packages with full itinerary packages (including Flight or Ground Package) to Korea and individual experiences such as Korea Experience Tour in Malaysia will not be eligible for redemption.

10. The main redemption, the KTO Multi-Travel Charger is only valid for Flight Ticket Purchases to Korea. 

11. Flight tickets purchased from Groups Fares or Incentive Groups are not entitled and not allowed to gift redemption. Only flight tickets purchased via FIT fares are eligible.

12. The Additional Redemption is only valid for Korea Tour Packages purchased at Feel Korea in a Heartbeat event from  112 June 2025 to 15 June 2025 at LG Oval Concourse, 1 Utama. Customers must be present at the Korea Tourism Organization Malaysia Redemption booth to redeem the Additional Redemption gifts and employees/staffs of travel agencies are not allowed to redeem on their behalf. 

a. Customers who purchase Korea tour package inclusive of Gangwon with minimum 2 nights stay are entitled for additional gift of One (1) Gangwon Card Holder.

b. Customers who purchase a Korea tour package including Gyeongju and/or Gyeongsangbuk-do are entitled for additional gift of One (1) KTO Expandable Bag.

c. Customers who purchase Korea Travel package inclusive of 3 Global festivals are entitled for additional gift of One (1) Travel Tumblr. The 3 Global festivals are 2025 Incheon Pentaport Rock Festival, 2025 Suwon Haseong Cultural Festival and 2026 Hwacheon Sancheoneo Ice Festival.

13. Employees of travel agencies collecting the main redemption gifts on behalf of customers must present valid proof of customer’s bookings. The Additional Redemption Gift is not available for online/phone bookings. 

14. Only customers who made bookings with the original booking form, receipt and payment slip will be allowed for redemption. 

15. Redemptions are not valid for incentive groups. 

16. KTO does not tolerate dishonesty and violence at the redemption counter and will not hesitate to reject all redemptions after should there be any.

Slay & Fly: Vietnam Air K-Outfit Challenge

17. The K-pop Outfit Challenge Activation (the"Contest") will be conducted on 15 June 2025, 2pm at Feel Korea in a Hearbeat event.

18. Korea Tourism Organization Malaysia (the “The Organiser”) reserves the right to amend the contest period at any time without prior notice.

19. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any Participants (the “Participants”) without notice at any point of the Contest or after should he/she be found to have not fulfilled the prerequisites of the Contest prior to participation. 

20. To participate in the Contest, participants must be residing in Malaysia during the contest period.

21. To enter the contest, 

1. participants must wear K-Pop or K-Drama outfit and to be present at Feel Korea in a Heartbeat at 2PM, receive a lucky draw number.
2. Participants will be judged by our panel based on creativity, style, and how well their outfit fits the “K-Pop or K-Drama” theme.

22. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify, at its sole and absolute discretion, the eligibility of any participant and/or revoke or forfeit any prizes at any stage of the Contest if

•entries submitted are incomplete or fail to fulfill any of the Terms and Conditions stipulated herein

• there is a violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

• for any reason whatsoever the Organiser has reason to believe that a participant has attempted to undermine the operation of the Contest in any way whatsoever, including but not limited to fraud, cheating or deception.

23. Prizes (“Prizes”) include:

• 2 Winners x Vietnam Airlines return flights from Kuala Lumpur to Seoul(ICN) or Busan(PUS)
• 3 Winners  x KTO Gift Box

The specific details of the prizes, including which merchandise will be awarded, will be at the discretion of KTO Malaysia and will not be disclosed in advance.

24. Prizes are strictly non-negotiable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.

25. The Organiser’s decision on matters relating to the Contest (including, but not limited to the selection of the Winners) shall be final and absolute. No discussion, correspondence, enquiry, appeal or challenge by any of the participants in respect of any decision of the Organiser shall be entertained.

26. By entering the Contest, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to Korea Tourism Organization Malaysia's terms and conditions.

Other Terms

27. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.
