To mark the lifting of quarantine restrictions for overseas visitors to Korea starting today, 1st April, the Korea Tourism Organisation has launched the campaign Korea is Calling to attract “early bird” travellers from the UK to Korea this year.
Partnering with Korean Air, LOTTE Hotels & Resorts and Staz Hotel, KTO is offering exclusive discounts of up to 25% off flights and hotels to visitors that book between 1st and 30th of April (to travel between 1st April 2022 and 31st March 2023).
In addition, travellers who enter their booking details on the Korea is Calling website will be eligible to receive a free, fully loaded Korean SIM card that includes unlimited data, minutes and text messages – an essential for any holiday, even in the land of high-speed WiFi! This will be offered to 2,000 entrants on a first-come-first served basis.
This is the first time Korea will be open for travel in over two years, and since the announcement in March there has been great excitement from those who have waited patiently to book a quarantine-free trip. KTO London hopes this campaign will support industry partners and provide a positive boost to the recovering tourism industry – while offering UK travellers the best possible opportunity to discover their Korea.
