The governments of Korea and Singapore agreed to open a vaccinated travel lane, allowing travel between the two countries without quarantine starting November 15.
Travelers from both countries must have vaccination records for COVID-19 (Pfizer, Moderna, Astrazeneca, Janssen, Sinopharm, Sinovac), negative PRC results*, travel insurance that covers medical costs in case of positive COVID-19 after entry, visa**, etc.
* Korea → Singapore: within 48 hours prior to boarding / Singapore → Korea: within 72 hours prior to boarding ** Visa waiver program planned to reopen (discontinued in April, 2020)
In addition, travelers must use a non-stop flight to enter the country, and take a COVID-19 test upon arrival and can travel after receiving a negative result.
